New and renewable energy continues to develop in the territory of Indonesia, one of the renewable energy discussed is solar power generation. The potential of Solar Electric Energy in Paluh Manis village is quite large with the condition of the area located on the coast, with an average temperature of 32C. The electricity demand at the office of the village head of paluh manis of 3300 KW is the center of research that will be the center of research if the electricity demand at the office of the village head of paluh manis langkat is diverted from the source of the State-Owned Company into a solar power plant. The results of observations and analysis produced that the electrical load requirements in the village of paluh manis with the following details: 2 x 6 = 12 100 Ah batteries, 8x 100 wp Solar Modules, 60 A charger controller, 1000 watt Inverter. Installation of solar power plants in offices at a cost of Rp. 25,700,000 with a service life of 20 years can be a great potential and can be recommended as the utilization of new and renewable electrical energy.
